Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.

Returns & Refunds

Only unopened, unused perfumes in their original packaging are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be returned in cash to the original payer. Opened or used items, gift sets, or promotional products are non-returnable. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
