At Hezania Perfumes, each fragrance is crafted with care. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we only accept returns for items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.


To initiate a return, contact us at hezaniaperfumes@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns will have the purchase amount returned in cash.

Shipping fees and promotional discounts are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

  • Gift sets or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or cash refund promptly.
